This is not a side project I picked up. I have been around developers since this became a career, and I have spent my life helping people land real work, in tech and well beyond it. I have personally hired hundreds across industries and watched them become the strongest people on their teams, and I have rewritten more than a thousand CVs for people who paid resume mills or chased free advice and got nothing but silence.
Hiring today is mostly filters and checkboxes, often run by people who have never built anything. Some companies have sharp humans doing it. Many do not, and a filter cannot tell a strong engineer from a polished one. That gap, the personal read of what actually makes someone worth hiring, is what I bring and what the machine cannot. How the pricing works. The struck-through number on each tier is the regular price. The lower number is the America 250 founding rate, real and temporary, and it rises to regular when the founding window closes.
